I am going for my bachelor's in criminal justice. A fairly easy degree but a I was lucky cause a lot of my schooling in the Air Force transferred over. Online school is great and convenient just don't expect the same knowledge because it isn't as effective as classroom teaching and thats a fact. Game design is okay but I would broaden your range to something computer based. Two reasons, once you understand most computer programs you can teach yourself others and your are much more marketable to other employers. I have another 17 classes to take after I finish these last two. Keep in mind though online classes can be a little more pricey that community college courses depending on where you live. Good luck pursuing your degree though, doing school is a big step!

You might want to check with Timmy_2_Tones sometime. I believe he is pursuing a degree in some kind of game development.

so far it hasnt panned out...Art Institute wont leave me with any leftover aid. Which I need to get a new laptop so that I can actually do my classes. This one barely holds up and isnt mine anyways. My financial aid wont cover the full time or half time, so I would still owe money, and i dont qualify for Private loans. It does cover part time which is the minimum amount to stay enrolled, but im back to no financial aid left to get my equipment.
Ive heard that DeVry sends a $1500 check to get a new pc after 4 weeks of school. Does anyone know about that. Does anybody know anything about DeVry

I got my Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance. This can be used in the cyber security field. I would strongly recommend getting a degree in cyber security. The field is hot now and there will always be a need out there to protect information and information systems.
