Hey guys i had a episode with a troll today in our recruitment channel. He was a Diplo from Red Overlord and he was asking why we are juding civies based on our recruitment policy for USMG. Military age requirement is 18 and Civies are 21. He believed we were juding civies based on what they do, and i somewaht agree. We have our policy becuz of how they act compared to us. A service member matures quicker at 18 than a civie becuz of basic training and AIT. A civie take 3 years to mature unless they become a fire fighter or cop. They mature quicker than the college kids or slackers that dont want to do anything after high school. So if u get a message from a person named Lee58 and he is from Red Overlord ignore plz. He just wants to troll our policy.

I was one of the councilmen members, who helped enact that policy and I am a fucking civi lol. If he has a problem with it, he can go pound salt. besides, it sounds more like he has a problem with actual real world issues... and is more or less transposing them into this game.
