So how is this rolling? Team setups, classes, time to get on? Last week we didn't know who was rolling and ended up having 5 guys pulling 100 plus tags. We know that is not how we can win. We need to square this away asap. I understand some people can't roll but last minute scrambling??? We are the military, we are always ready.

We will maintain two collectors and teams of 6 if you have a particular few people you want to roll with let me know. Obviously we can't accommodate each move but I would like to put people together that gel really well.

Ok appreciate the quick response can't. Proposal though... I know it may be late and not in the right venue. But if the teams get setup and we are still scattering minutes before, roll with the our guys that we usually roll with. It seems the same couple guys end up waiting for a crew, or waiting for the rest of our team. So check the clan member list on MW3 and start sending messages.

Everyone knows to show up as early as we can before the op. The people that tend to get left behind are the ones who show up late. I have no qualms with that at all but if I have 5 and the op is starting in 1-5 minutes I am going to pick someone else up. I will set squads up tonight. I can't possibly message everyone to be there though. That's the purpose of this forum. The times are listed and we know to be there if we can. I don't like micro managing.

Once squads are setup please let me know if you have any problems with them.

we did great in our room reaper and wildman, reaper who is addicted to calling everyone a scrub, if we did not have people leaving and trying to find a full team reaper would have had top honors. There were a hr that we played with a scrub who kept taking the tags, LOL;)
