hes the local root master with Android.. he has his xoom rooted..when ICS xame out... im not brave enough to do mine yet!!im running Legit ICS on my xoom

I've got no experience with that particular model, but here are some threads about rooting it (XDA is usually the go-to place for custom support for Android):

I would suggest loading ICS on the tablet once you get it rooted - CyanogenMod9 if it's out for your tablet. It adds a lot of great features.
I don't know how hard it will be - I rooted my DInc, but that was easy thanks to UnrEVOked. Some are harder than others.
