Google has recently removed all google shopping results of firearms and ammo from their search engine
http://www.google.com/appserve/mkt/GbBNIGHOribLzf
Best to go with bing.com

While I think this is stupid, note that this is only banning them from using it in ADWORDS...title searches still shows up in the shopping results.
Example: search "300 AAC Blackout"
https://www.google.com/search?q=300+aac+blackout&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a#q=300+aac+blackout&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=xpR&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&prmd=imvnsfd&source=lnms&tbm=shop&sa=X&ei=UufxT8_9MYjn0QHg5pj7Ag&ved=0CEQQ_AUoBQ&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=2ae34e358ae5ccc7&biw=1366&bih=611

ugh. So when do we start voting for a president of the internet? it is starting to feel like a government of it's own. Lol. Ah well.

Oh, never. Telling a company they have to include a certain product? That's big government no-no I don't want. (you can prevent them from including one competitor over another, but not forcing them to include an entire industry).

I'm more than happy to find a new search engine. Never been a fan of all the info google collects.

Interesting. Google expanding to get revenue from other sources. As far as the ban, it's currently only the ads. It still shows up in the shopping. Not that I really look for guns & ammo on Google shopping - I either go to a gun shop or to Cheaperthandirt.com

They sell 30-gallon drums of 5.56? How many rounds is that and how much does it cost?

Nice. Although 34 cents a round is not that much better than the 36 cents a round you can get from cheaper than dirt for American Eagle 20-rd boxes.

Not by much in this case. And unfortunately I usually won't save up $4000 for ammo - I'd rather spend $250 here and there occasionally and save up for a better gun.

And to find lake city ammo is becoming very scarce now days mostly due to military buying up every thing due to the switch over of companys running lake city so production won't start back up till later this year or next spring
