That happened to me earlier this year. I had my credit card saved on my account and it was used to buy downloadable games. Unfortunately xbl investigators couldn't find a shoe in a show store. In the end they told me they found no suspicious activity on my account. WTF!!! Lol!! Good luck!

Yes, Jeff get your card off your account. It can be used by anyone who takes over your gamertag which is rediculously easy to do. Its on youtube how to do it. I just buy a yearly membership card for $49 every year, and enter the code.

I had to go to the website and change the password information. Apparently whoever got into my account wasn't smart enough to actually change my password, cause I logged in there and changed it. That's so fucked up! If Xbox security would have cooperated with me a little bit I would have locked up my hacker myself. I just needed to know what state the hacker was in, and that was it. They couldn't figure it out so they covered there incompetence by telling me there was nothing suspicious.

Actually my problem hasnt been resolved. The password reset they sent me was to the wrong Windows Live ID. Yahoo has the worst customer support on the planet. I am working with the Windows Live team to reset the shit so I can access my account long enough to change it to the new stuff.

I changed up all my Live account info recently, and have to agree about Yahoo sucking balls. Not as bad as Flixster, but damn close.

Check that Finch. You can't remove it cause it's linked to your membership. You would have to input a pre-paid membership card to be able to remove it I believe.

NO there is no card i can buy for my Gold Family Membership.. but for everyone wanting to remove your card info.. i found a way!! enter in your Paypal acct info.. paypal will auto cover up to 1500 automatically i think in case of fraud.. but its safer then just having your card info on it!!
