Basically, yeah. You have to buy all that crap in order to sell stuff, which is expensive as all hell.

They're like Avon, pampered chef, Scentsy, or those sex party sales things. Very, very few people can make a career out of it. A few more can make a second job out of it. And most people end up paying more for the sales packages then they make selling stuff.

Very true. And you can purchase the stuff direct too I think and once hat happens it kind of makes independents obsolete.

Good company, my parents have used the same set of cutco knives for the last 42 years, flat wear, and kitchen knives, same damn set...and they use the shit out of them.
