-Clan Challenges are rumored to be imminent. I have been reviewing the forums and there are more and more questions regarding the new "Completed Clan Ops Results Page" <--- Official name... So be ready for whatever challenges may arise. BH is stating that assists, headshots, equipment kills, and things like that will be what the challenges are about.

-A few individuals have been identified for lack of well... anything really. You can post on the site for days but do not forget we need people in the trenches as well. If you have received a PM please step-up. We need everyone pulling their weight.

-We are getting more and more recruits in which is helpful for bearing the brunt of the 3 hour madness. New Blood, you need to make sure that you guys are stepping up in the OPs. We will provide you will all the tools in this forum to set yourselves up for success on the weekends. Please do what you can to invite people you have never met and get some of these new individuals acclimated to the ways of the force.

-Recruitment for ELITE will stop at 48 or if we hit our goal of 90 members. I am good with either. However after we have hit 50, the only way I can truly gauge participation is through the site so keep that in mind... just because there won't be anymore clan OPs, or limited OPs... doesn't mean that you will get a free ride. We need to stay sharp for BLOPS 2.

-Keep in mind when you were verified to join USMG, you were explained the rules people tend to forget that.

-I am also looking towards the future so if ELITE 2.0 drops with BLOPS and we can gain some more flexibility with what we can do in the clan I will be looking for individuals to fill these roles.

-RAGING... this has been a topic that has been discussed since Call of Duty began. Being loud in lobbies is fun... for about 5 minutes. After that it gets a little annoying and then downright stupid. So for those of you who tend to rage. Please limit yourselves to do that on your own time and not during a clan OP please, 3 hours is a long time to have someone screaming.

Sorry a lot of this stuff is all over the place. I tend to have the "Oh piece of candy" mentality. On my phone as well. If you have any issues regarding these things please let me know.

So another great weekend in the books everyone with a solid performance in the OPs, crushing the BETA challenge haha, and nabbing up a couple more recruits. So here where we stand.

14 more OPS to go. Surprising enough that 300 XP we received drop a whole clan op off the final total which is awesome. Please everyone keep a lookout for clan challenges as I have to enlist us and if you see them before I do, let me know.

Pull your weight. When you were verified you were explained to about the site, and what our rules were as a community. I am a very lenient individual but just cause you kill it in all the OPS doesn't mean your spot is solidified unless you are hitting up the forums. We need participation. What sets us apart is the the fact that we have such a rich community and we communicate all our tactics prior to the OPS and get setup so we are sending out a billion invites before the OP.

Do not play against fellow clan mates. Some times it's fun when we are messing around. But not during clan ops. All we need is some jackass finding out and they'll try and pin some sort of boosting bullshit on us and it'll affect our outcomes in the OPS. Plus it makes us look weak when we do those sort of things.

Keep in mind I have no qualms about cutting people. I haven't really cut many people but your brothers and sisters in the trenches are putting in hours of work. I'll be damned if I am taking a freeloader to 50.

To answer some questions as well I will be releasing the double XP for 50 once it's achieved. There is no real reason to hold onto it as we will be completely done with recruiting and you all deserve it as soon as possible.

The Pak issue is put to rest. If we encounter anymore people who are going bonkers over the situation they will be asked to leave only once and then removed. I personally have invested to much of my own time into a matter and a person I could really give two shits about.

Lastly, I love G's mom. That is all.

We are stopping at 90 or 48 (which are both right around the corner) if you are wanting to get a buddy, family member, or anything in before the cutoff please get them in and squared away ASAP. There will be zero recruits/members/staff anything allowed in after that point of no return is hit. Sorry. :boxing:

Alright everyone this is the weekend before the madness begins! Not really, many of us are going to bring a much more reasonable approach to this go around. We all know that many huge titles released within a really quick period and many people are even reconsidering what they are going to pick up as well as money being a little tighter near XMAS. All I ask from you guys is faith and do not get upset if the ball doesn't roll as quickly as MW3. I promise you all that everyone who puts forth the effort will be maintaining your spots. That being said after the first 2 weeks the game is released if you haven't surfaced on the site or on the game we'll go ahead and part ways.

In regards to the Season Pass, it's frustrating as shit that ELITE has gone free and they changed it to the pass. The pros and cons are both too early to tell. They finally invested some effort into ELITE and now it's going to be free which I think is bad because then there will be much less priority to fix any problems that happen internally.

Either way I am going to do my best to still lead you all with my PCS coming up, if anything becomes a little more time consuming I will turn it over to Ollie for that period of time while I get settled in. I will also be going to a lot of training so I will do my best to support you all in that time.

I am looking forward to some gaming with you guys!
