Anyone know how to get off of their blacklist? As they totally blacklist people with anything but good credit or better and they are a little judgementle if you don't have a distinct voice

Say what? I've had them for almost 20 years...never an issue. What is this blacklist you speak off? Most good banks will always be leery of people with less then good credit, especially after the whole housing collapse in 2008. Being that USAA is a Federal Credit Union...they will be far more protective then your average bank.

They have a blacklist. Interesting. I had no idea of this. Better get that credit score up there

Interesting. Had them for a while and my credit isn't that great and no issues through them. Just call I guess and ask to speak to a supervisor I guess.

Their blacklist is where they completely refuse to talk to you but when you call up and you tell them who you are they say we refuse to talk to you or have any services at all and usaa is the only fcu I know of that is like this cause I'm already a member of a credit union but I mean they even refuse to give me back my initial deposit that I made when I first opened an account with them a month before going to basic

Most credit unions have credit requirements to open an account. However, unless you've done something exceptionally bad....multiple bounced checks, bad loans or credit lines......they won't do anything after you've already opened it. Other than not give you credit.

At the time I only had a 670 score when I opened it and I was approved 2 days later

Try armed forces insurance. I have USAA for my auto and armed forces for my home owners insurance. Their rates are comparable to USAA in the vehicle department, but they beat them by like $50 for home for me. If your having trouble getting USAA that is what I would suggest man. Good luck!
EDIT: Just saw the OP and responded didn't know you needed a banking institute, my bad... :D
