Eve Cruiser

I am doing missions and find it frustrating to not have cargo space and weapons for mining etc. I am thinking of buying the Gallente Exequror Cruiser. Can anyone tell me if this is a good idea or should I go for something else.

pulled the trigger and loaded it with drones, 3 for now need 1 more and have ecm and shields

I'd suggest starting with dedicated ships. Make 1 ship your mission running ship, have another be a salvaging ship, if you salvage, a seperate ship be your mining ship.....I suggest the Caldari Osprey, hands down best mining cruiser currently......and another seperate hauling ship, an industrial.

the osprey looks cool I will try to get one. I just was getting frustrated doing a mining mission then being attacked going back to station getting my frigate then clearing it all out and going back to station and running back out with a mining/industrial cause the mission requires 300+ M3

Same mission cleared and mined in one swoop. I am still so low level its just npc attacks

Scout drones are your best friend in this case. Leave the mining drones at home and stock up on scout.

I lost a few last month screwing around taking on missions I was so not ready for haha. In that same process lost 2 catalysts and a frigate. I now have like 5-6 different model frigates 2 industrials and the Gallente Exequror Cruiser. It doesnt have as many turrets but I like the capacity of the power and the cargo space. nice crossover cruiser for my low level missions.

The would be nice for mining missions id imagine but its not much of a combat ship, drones are ur friend lol and ya spend the isk and get dedicated ships. U won't be hassling with ship fittings all the time, just fit it and forget it lol

thanks. I plan to use it for the mining and large delivery missions. I am not doing alot of combat so far. just that sisters of eve drone killing one has really stopped me a couple of times, the cruiser full of drones and my extended range let me stand back some and send out ecm and pot shot the drones.
