I want to get it done. I have plenty of friends who have gotten it done. They love it. Plus you get it for free. Being in the military and all

Have had several friends have this, only 1 had blurred vision for 2 to 3 weeks then it cleared up. The AMA list this a one of the safest procedures to have.

Both my brothers had it done and some guys on my football team. They said it was pretty simple. the hard part is the recovery time and protecting your eyes for a few weeks. I want it done but kids get damn expensive haha

to bad your still in; in CA they would give you THC to reduce the inter-ocular pressure, that would be a nice week of recovery dark room xbox fun-onions

I had prk and it corrected my 20/200 vision to 20/15. best decision ever! I had friends get lasik and it's instant when you get out of the chair and your recovery time is like a day. Mine was a week of dryness and pain in my eyes but it was worth it in the long run.

Lol after they explained prk was like no thanks lol and LASIK seemed good since it's bladeless- ready to see and not have stupid insets and all the good stuff plus scuba diving !!!!

Unfortunately with lasik if you get hit hard enough in the head it will ruin the presdure unlike prk which I wana get prk since to me its more effective in the long run and don't have to get touch ups at all

Are you serious! Anyone in the military can get a free elective surgery. It's been in the system for years. Way before I joined the ARMY

I got out of active duty in dec 98 and then got deployed in the guard 2 months later and got out in 2000. never got offered or told about an elective credit.

I've had it and it was amazing. It was a big change and the best thing is its painful the first two days or so but the procedure is so easy and quick and the pain doesnt last long! It's so worth it and nothing at all to be nervous about, painless procedure

I really wanted to do this but between the restrictions on flyers and our ops tempo at the time I was unable to to find a window of opportunity.
