i was with a clan and gave my points to them but after awhile the clan just went up and disappeared out of the grid.. i think we went from 1 to 27 of founder points and boom clan gone. so glad u guys accepted me to the community.

In my opinion if a founder joins your clan and gives you his points he/she has contributed to the elite clan regardless how much they play in ops. We have several founders that were kicked for "lack of participation" and really? That's a pretty shit deal to me. Especially when no matter how many of us bust our asses to play out clan ops it is still only 6 that count toward the award. Check the rosters and you'll see it's usually the same 10 or so up top. I think founders that contributed points should have been exempt from booting because they did help us get where we are. Not trying to start an argument but this is something I feel strongly about and it's been eating at me since the first day Pak started the bullshit practice of booting ppl from it.

Yes it was known. Still makes the practice bullshit in my book. All I'm saying is we can't go and look down on higher ranked clans for founder raping when no matter how you sugar coat it, we did the same thing.

I can see why it upsets you Chele, before USMG I was a part of small group of buddies who were pretty much just a bunch of stoners and I wasted my XP on them. I feel every effort should be make to make sure something isn't wrong in your life, if you are on leave for 30+ days it gets confusing but all those people I hold onto them regardless... the individual who say they are going on leave from the 1-7th of a month and then don't get on and it's the 17th of the next month, that's where I can't really do anything for them. The general top placers are always up there but I think we can all agree that if we didn't have each other to depend on it would make those 3 hours much more painful and those top placers would never make it without the support they receive throughout the matches. I really don't know what to do with those individuals who fall off... but I do know that someone who hasn't been a part of this journey with us doesn't deserve the perks of 50.

I know. But but I consider it an investment. Those clans have the founders join and immediately kick them as the founder's XP is automatic. The individuals are definitely afforded the opportunity to excel and become a great part of our clan... in all honesty I have only 2 founders after almost 2 months of no contact in game or site. After XBL msgs, PM, everything. I think that the comment of founder raping is whack. So please don't be upset Chele.

It's all good Jared. No worries :). I had a different idea in how I thought our elite was going to be run back when we first found out about it. Just so happened to be around same time Pak showed back up. He had other ideas and I don't recall anyone having a whole lot of say about it. Not that it would have mattered as majority rules right? And everyone seemed to agree with what he was doing. So it is what it is.

Actually, we absolutely can. Because we didn't, no sugar coating required. We never once threw out an open invite, and then as soon as people joined and applied their xp, kick them. The people who got dropped, got dropped to make room for more people, because they weren't active. And quite a few people ended up getting dropped multiple times, because they appealed to come back.

I guess I'm just confused. Dropping people was bad......but starting a second elite clan has been proven multiple times now to be bad as well. How do you make room 150+ people when there's only room for 100?
