I had one for a little while. I sold it on EBay and bought a Scuf instead.

PS3 button/stick layout with Xbox size dimensions?

Yea, its modular, so you can set it up with whatever stick layout you like. And my personal favorite, it has the ability to switch fire triggers even if the game doesn't support that function.

Hmmm...could be worth a try. I definately like the Xbox's stick above the D-pad better than the PS3. How much is this?

Yep. I got it from Amazon cause if I don't like it, I'm sending it back for a refund.....just like I did with the FragFX Shark lol

Is it PC-only or does it work with 360/PS3 too?
It will work on the PC, but you have to choose which variant you want. The Xbox or Ps3 version.
Ok so far I like the way it FEELS, it's really like an Xbox controller, which is what I was looking for. The stick swapping works excellently and they even let you swap bumper button and trigger functions. Great idea. BUT, it's a PS3 controller....and it has no Six Axis functionality. Or any type of rumble function. Those aren't deal breakers for me, but it might be to some. Also the "Select/Home/Start" buttons are higher, towards the cord, so its significantly harder to quickly spot enemies on BF3. The cord doesn't bother me, I sit about 5 feet from my TV, so no big deal. I'm only having a slight problem with aiming. I seem to be overcompensating when I aim, probably just something I need to adjust to. Overall, it feels great and does what I wanted it to do, so I'm happy so far. I'll update this as needed.
