Well, I've only got 3 assignments left, only need 3 claymore kills for the PKP Specialist and 5 more AT mine kills for the Scar-H Specialist. Then a bunch of class based kills for the Only the Dedicated tag. w00t!
Anybody have them all?
Also, I'll be online tonight grinding these out. Who's with me!?

I got my 350 meter headshot on Noshahr Canals. I layed down on top of the rocks behind the C flag and mailed another sniper taking shots at us from the deck of the Aircraft Carrier. 450+ meters.
Also, throw a holo sight, acog or red dot on the L96, it makes it more practical in a broader range of games rather than trying to trying to SNIPE enemies on the few maps you actually can.

I will be on tonight. Just so you guys know, you don't need a 350m headshot, it adds your headshots together until you get 350 total.

Really? I thought that it just tracked it until you hit 350 or more....

Not for me. It completed my 350m headshot a couple days ago, but I haven't had a headshot over 350 until last night. :aconfused:

Autobot, when you are in tonight I'll try running a tank again and as long as I stay in it you can repair and get those squad repairs done.

Huh. I know I had multiple 70+ meter headshots, but all it shows now is 81/350. Maybe you got a fortunate glitch.

Yea I thought we got lucky and that 350M shot was cumulative but when I saw that I had like 2 head shots for like 25M each or so and my score didn't go up I knew I was screwed.
It is only going to show the next highest headshot as progress.
Granted I was able to get all the distance I needed by sitting on the far crane in Op: Firestorm and taking shots at the RU sniper hill. Once you have the range on the 12X and with a little luck you can do it.
(for me, I needed a HEAP of luck)

Yup, just sit on the mountain top and walk the shots in on the target. My longest was 796 meters on that map. Mountain top to mountain top lol

I shot a dumbass on the carrier waiting for a chopper on Gulf of Oman. Total luck, even with a 12x scope, he was a black dot..LMAO! I would love to know how far it was. I was between A and D on one of the hills.

Probably. Maybe it did register, and you just didn't notice the headshot. It's not likely that a body shot killed him with the L96 at that distance unless he was already wounded, and if he was on the carrier, it's not likely he's wounded. The L96 does 59 damage over 100m, so he would have to be down low if it wasn't a headshot.

True, but I find it more likely that that was a long HS that you didn't notice.

Best way to do that is with a Jav and a SOFLAM.
If you want to work on that I'll run a recon kit for ya.

This is what I thought, but I guess the Jav is an AT also. Well that just takes all the fun out of the assignment! Screw that, I'm going old school! Last night I took out 2 helo's on Firestorm trying to take objectives. RPG to rotor makes a big boom! :boink:

I finally got this today (on 360). I was playing Rush with Guillermo and Twizted, and on Kharg Island I saw a guy running away from me and I took the shot just as he ducked into a doorway. It was the last kill for the first L96 assignment and was a 223m headshot, my longest ever. I was having good luck sniping, so when we were on Firestorm a couple maps later, I decided to keep sniping (I couldn't hit anything with a sniper rifle on Caspian Border and was getting real frustrated). We were attacking, so I was sniping from the RU hill and hit a few people at 200+ m. Good for me, but still well short. Then we moved up to the second set of M-COMs and I moved up to the large fuel tanks. I nailed several people on top of the 'B' buildings, and hit 2 people at 319 meters - almost 100m farther than my previous shot. I was frustrated, and finished 7-1 as we won. Then we were defending on Firestorm and so I set up behind the first set of M-COMs. My first kill was about 330m, and then I saw a guy further up the hill - the highest part of the RU hill. I fired...hit him...and he survived. He moved around, lay down, and I fired again. This time, I got the headshot for 408m! Fortunately for G, my mic had died a few minutes before and he didn't get to hear me get excited. I finished the map sniping, and ended up topping 200-meter headshots on 9 of my 10 kills, putting me ahead of 2 shit buckets!

Yeah I still have to get 2 more squad repairs, then I have to complete the second engineer assignment and grind out a few piddly things on all the final tier assignments. Also I still need an EoD bot kill on the 360 side. Haven't got that yet. Soon.

This. Playing with randoms sucked. I played all the time with some other friends from another clan before I switched to PS3. On the PS3 side, there is a bunch of weirdos...but they're a blast to play with! Now that the Xbox side is experiencing a resurgence, I look forward to some great times with people I haven't played with before (no homo).

Except when you decide to stay on the opposing team then your landing zone has a Green Deck for recovery ops!

Find a sniper and instead of taking his tags, roll the EOD bot up to him and hit him while he's laying down. That's how I got mine (Grand Bazaar TDM, sniper lying on the alley ledge and I flanked them, nailed him quick). Alternatively you could de-repair a vehicle with one, but I can never keep from crashing into the tank. (I did that on PS3, still trying to get mine on 360)

Yea, awhile ago it retracted my G3 assault rifle. I had to go play Co-op again to re-unlock it.....

Just logged in myself and it cleared out the Shotgun and Mine Kills from the Engineer string in the premium assignments. I found a thread in the BF3 forums and added a comment to what looked like a growing string of folks reporting the issue. I'm hope'n that the battlelog folks will get it sorted out. Funny thing is it left my Wrench Wielder and my Jack of All Trades tags active and unlocked ... so I'm hope'n it's just centered around those two stats and not a bigger issue of actually loosing your rewards and unlocks from things you already accomplished.
We will see.
P.S. Just checked ... it pulled the camo pat for the SCAR-H too ... I don't really mind about the shotgun kills but those AT Mine kills were a pain in the ass ... with so many people working on them Tankers are VERY aware of what is laying in the middle of the road. I really don't want to have to go back to this again.
Anyone online able to see if the actual game is effected by this missing data?

Yep. Pulled all my shotgun kills on both PS3 & 360, and what little mine kills I had. I'm a little pissed.

another easy way to get a kill with bot is play rush.. and when u are defnding the mcom just take ur bot up to it and sit it right next to it on left or right side of it n wait for a damn nazi to come and arm the thing n when he is arming it he should ne right in ur cross hairs n just burn him alive
