I am having a hard time deciding if I should start building a pc for gaming .I know it can get expensive . Is it worth it , are the graphics going to be that much better even if i purchase a really good graphics card and all the other questions that come up when trying to decide for such a build. It will be mostly for gaming and some web surfing but not really for everyday home use.So any input will help . I would like to hear your opinions on both fronts. I do have PS3 and Xbox360 and do enjoy playing them .

In my opinion, I just don't see compelling games that warrant such an upgrade if you already have a console. The last big game that had me upgrading was BF2 and BF2142. I'll leave PC gaming alone until BF3 comes out. BFBC series is nice but simply cannot compare to a 64 player BF match. If you've played Karkand in it's day, you know what I mean.

They won't be incredibly better, but they are better. Is it worth the money? Only if you have got the extra money to spend. If you don't have the cash to commit 100%, don't waste your time or money.. You will never be happy with the outcome. :ugeek:
