Missing/Damaged?

So I went on the download all the MW3 content I've missed, and I figured I would play a quick game. When I tried to access the Elite playlist, however it said "map Piazza is missing or damaged". Wtf, over? Anyone else have this problem/have a solution?

Aside from deleting it from your system and reinstalling it I don't know of much more that can be done.

I think specops had the same issue and I'm pretty sure that what Griff said was the fix.
