Yeah I say it's Propaganda too...........Not saying she doesn't use the Wii, I am just saying it's not all she uses..........Hell I am 6'3" 220lbs of Adonis.........lol. Seriously I work out 4 days a week and run 3 times a week......But I guess if What-A-Burger is going to give me a check I will give them all the credit......I Eat What-A-Burger at least 3 times a week while I am on the Job, So thats a Double What-A-Burger with Bacon, Cheese, Grilled onions, all on Texas Toast........With What-A-Size Fries.........Propoganda, Maybe.......but results may vary by size of Sandwich.........lol!!!!

Some one noted her calorie intake before changing her diet (the most important part of weigh loss & gain) was the equivalent to 7 and half Big Macs a day. Something tells me the bitch was a fan of junk food. Anyway, yeah it's Nintendo propaganda but what the hell right? If you're too much of a fat pansy to go to the gym then this is a good route to go. A porker friend of mine didn't change her diet at all, she & I just played HELLA amounts of Dance Dance Revolution all summer. She lost 3 pants sizes doing that. If she'd changed her diet she would have had close to the same results as this gal I bet. Anyway it's good to get up off your ass once in a while. I might buy a Wii just to have some non sitting on my ass gaming. Get the gf involved too.

Well, the wii fit is designed to help you get into shape and lose weight. But like it says in the article, she had to change her diet too. And she wasn't a casual user of the wii fit either. It says that she was up at 5 am regularly to work out on it. It isn't much different than hopping on a cross trainer at the gym.

I believe it. Hell, I keep trying to motivate myself onto the wii fit to do some working out since I don't think there is a gym in this town.
