I am seriously thinking about a second acct. is this a good idea?

I basically want to start the new one and follow the training guides closer.

problem is when I can play others can't or when I am in one region others aren't. I would go to null sec but now there are eve rumors of upcoming war dec from my old coalition to my new.

Alts are a nice way to multi-task. My main is focusing exclusively on training for combat, and my alt is exclusively industry. Given the 20 day training queue's I'm facing with each, it's at the point where it'd be impossible to combine them.

So next question. Should I do 2 clients or 2 pc's?

I run two clients, and it's just fine. If you've got the seperate computers though, I don't see the downside. As long as you can see both of them.

OK. I did the link junction thing. Not sure if that's how you did it. Runs very smooth. I have a quad I5 that I only use for eve. And 2 GB ram video. 500 series. And 4 GB ram. Maybe I will upgrade to 64 bit but if no issues... why . Kinda cool now I know why guys like alts. Now to sell that plex when I get it.

The game is taking on an all new dimension now that I have the alt. It gives me a high sec guy to train for the market and run missions while my combat guy is fighting in Nul. Wish I had done this day one.
