Anyone still playing BF3? Anyone going to play MoH:W on PC? Clan hopping rules?

The title of the thread says it all I guess. Looking to hop back on BF3 every once in a while any maybe some MoH:W as well (although I got it mostly for the single player campaign)....

And I also had a question about clan hopping and whether it applies to these games on this platform. I don't know who is still active on BF3, but if there aren't enough people, is it ok to join other clans? And I'm going to go ahead and assume there will be no major presence on MoH:W on PC, so would the same apply?

AFAIK being a member of another clan on PC would be fine, as I don't think we have a presence there. We still do have some people on 360 (3-6ish), so I don't know what the "active" level is. On PC, for MoH:W, I haven't seen much talk, so I really don't have much of an idea there.

As a general rule of thumb (and this is just my opinion, not the official position of the staff), I think if you can't consistently (weekends and 1 night a week) find someone from the clan to play with, then we are not "active" in that game, and as such you would be fine to join another clan for that game.

I agree, and would even expand, that if a game does not have atleast 10 participant's or its own forum, or which ever is the lowest measurable, then only would the clan hop rule come into effect.

For example: 10 players, only 1 person daily, no forum, no clan hop rule applies.

However, 10 players, 8 members on nightly, and game has its own popular forum, clan hop rule may apply.

I can only WISH that I had a PC capable of handling the requirements for BF3. Alas, the family budget said it just wasn't to be. Maybe if I'm lucky, it'll change when by the time BF4 hits.

I have it on PC as well, I don't play it a lot cause I suck with PC controls lol

Haven't played it in a long time, I stopped when they brought out their subscription package.

I am getting better with chopper controls (I use a joystick for piloting choppers and jets when on pc) and I've come to the conclusion that if you didn't buy bf3 when it first came out on pc and didnt have a good fireteam/squad to aid you, then you're pretty much screwed

Probably. I plan on getting a PC for BF4, but we'll see
