Ok guys... Star Wars the old Republic is now FREE TO PLAY!!! So, nobody has a reason not to play it HAHAHA! I'll post server info of people in our clan once i finish updating this. Yep. Level caps, zone unlocks, items and storage, upgrades....all kinds of stuff.

But then again, Lotro makes more money F2P than it did subscription. No reason to believe this won't as well.

And it's not like they won't maintain subscriptions.

But overal its not too bad since u can lvl up a toon to max all for free unlike wow where u can only got to lvl 20 or something like that. Also another note u only get 2 character slots per server while ur a F2P member.

Don't the character slot numbers change when you make your first purchase in the CS? When you do that in other games, they classify you as premium and give you more slots.

It's a bit sketchy. LOL. It's almost like a trial version and they have so much stuff you gotta pay to unlock, you might as well subscribe if you like it. I'm just glad I already got a bunch of epic gear on a couple level 50's. :)

I downloaded it a litte bit ago when I saw it was free to play and I enjoyed it. I took a break from it since BO2 came out and i have a Tera sub running now too but I will probably go back to it. I wish they wold have made a MMO that was like Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy. Those games were awesome.

its a summer cold thing, has to take its course. been playing this game all day, level 15 and got over confident and doing a flashpoint solo, and got stuck lol

So I'm barely at level 19, but I got a stronghold and a stack of missions I am still too weak to beat. I hadn't heard anything so I am joining a guild which seems cool .

I logged into my account a couple days ago, the toon I had is on that server. I didn't have to move mine. I'm assuming server reassignment (in case that happened) was done by merging whole server pops, so if my toon was still there, I think yours should be too.
