Struggling...

I am posting this to the everyone just so you all are aware. Not to put my business out there too much but my marriage was in a slump there for a little bit, actually to be honest for quite some time, just sort of going through the motions. Things are finally starting to get back on track but all I am doing is taking it day by day. This is the reasoning behind my lack of participation in Call of Duty. I have been very frustrated lately, short with people, angry at work, picked up smoking again, and I'm trying to be there for my son as much as possible, so there's a lot of factors I am dealing with right now. Like I said though things are getting better this is not a woe is me story, more or less just information. I will be looking for someone to help me with the running of the ELITE clan, most likely Warhammer, if Brandon cannot do so then I'll be looking towards one of our senior members. Not to take over for me permanently but more or less like I said help with the responsibilities and should the time come where I have to quit Call of Duty the clan can keep it's fluidity. This is all I can think of without you guys thinking I am abandoning you because I am not... I will continue to lead the clan to the best of my abilities it can only help to have someone on another shift who can be a point of contact for clan concerns.

To add, many of us are running into issues with Black Ops whether it's poor hit detection, shitty connections, bad gaming experiences, or just overall want-to-throw-your-controller-through-a-wall moments. I have had my fair share with this game. If you feel like you aren't going to make the ELITE push then please let myself or a Green Team member and we'll remove you and you can just play when it's for fun.

We are all big boys so if you have concerns voice them. No word on Clan Ops or Challenges yet, once they get rolling hopefully it'll get the ball rolling on some "hit-detection updates."

Hey Kant, sorry to hear about your issues at home. I'm sure things will work out in the end. Everyone goes through these types of situations and its resolving them and moving forward is what matters the most. SMOKING! Are you serious...there are a lot more habit's to do other than smoking bro. Gym for instance. Probably the best stress reliever, and this is outside of having sexy time lol. To add to helping out the green team. I know I'm not a senior member like most who are apart of the XBOX community but at any point you need help with anything on the XBOX side, let me know. Gotta respect putting family first, don't smoke man, get a racketball, heavy bag to punch but I quit after 15 years and ended up with asthma and still recovering 7yrs later.
I will try and help whoever helps you out, I wish it were me but I am in court battles for my girlfriend's kids and other games. And of course work sometimes.

Jared, I hope this gives you peace of mind. Rob, Brandon and I talked it over earlier, and we are more than willing to do a three way split in your absence. Brandon has run it before, so he knows the ropes, and rob and I are both eager beavers to take a bigger role in this community. So take some time off and do what you need to for your family. We will hold down the fort in the interim.

As far as the stress, I can't say anything about you smoking cause I do as well. Best advice I can give you that I use myself is go get a hatchet and some logs. Use the stress (and the hatchet) to break the logs down to small chunks. It will give you time to think while you are doing it, good cardio and will help relieve the stress cause you can put all the stress into each swing. Give it a try cause I know it really helps me.

Anyways, take care, talk it out and know we will always be here when you get time or need to vent. Hold strong and keep the family first bro.

Indeed we did. I can help out during the week and do daily tasks to help out the clan (recruiting, managing, and etc). For the weekends, I can manage only what I can and thats because of my second job at the club. So if Warhammer takes over, I can assist him in managing the Elite side. I'm sure Mike can assist as well.

Green team is our group of recruiter/console management staff members. We welcome new players and get them orientated, I seem to be the slow one and only have done a couple.
