I don't carry because I'm afraid I would use it on some dumb ass, no the license that you need is one to reproduce and they check the IQ of the parents to see if they should be allowed. Being a dumb-ass can be passed down from one dumb-ass to another.

Yeah the politics of Baltimore drive a lot of the state politics. Some nice places in MD, but some retarded bureaucrats ruin things for everyone.

What sucks is that the crime rate in Baltimore is insane. Another issue to why we can't have a concealed weapons licenses. If we did, there would be no more idiots to steal or kill anyone. They would be dead cause a local civilian shot them due to self defense and it would make the cops have nothing to do. No bad guys = no work lol

I live in California which is also one of the hardest places to get one, thanks to our stupid ass state senator. I have one and I carry everywhere especially since I live around drug cartel grow areas and stupid shit like that. I think that we should just be like Arizona and have an open carry law and i can almost guarantee that these crimes will go down. Im sorry but nobody screws with a man or woman that has a 1911 strapped to their leg.

Wow I lived in California almost my whole life and worked in California law enforcement.., you're the first person I've know to be successful in getting a ccl. I had no idea it was even possible lol.

Yeah it's one of those states that is "May-issue" and is practically "no-issue" in most places. But I've heard in some of the more conservative counties away from the big cities you can get them.

Ya I live in Madera County which is the easiest places to get it in California besides Fresno County.

Its a little easier to get one in Central California, in Southern California its near impossible, and Northern California I have no idea bout that. Generally the rule of thumb is if the city police dont issue one go to the county sheriff and you may get it.

Gotcha I lived in Monterey county out there and the sheriff was a real believer in law enforcement only weapon policies... Kind of lame..

Ya i have heard you better say that you have a concealed weapon right off the bat. So you dont get your ass shot if they end up seeing it.

Does CA have a notification law? Because I know some states do but mine (AL) does not.
