What is wrong with these people? Shit like this really gets to you as a parent. I seriously cant wrap my brain around why you would want to even hurt you own child in any sort of way. I still get freaked out when Allie (my 2 yr old) trips while running around playing.

Saviger I do too when my 2 yr old son falls. I am super over protective of him. I watch him like a hawk when he is on the playground and stuff. If someone ever hurt him they better hope I don't know where they live. :twisted:

Ya know I get all choked up thinking about my sons having anything bad happen to them, being exposed to anything harmful or not good for them. I (like db) would absolutely rain destruction down on any one or anything that harmed them.

I think I'm like most Dads out there, we love our kids profoundly.

that is why this type of behavior is just so mindbogglingly to me. Yea the kid is young but ask any Dad who has see his children be born, and take their first breath. That very instant your life changes and you never see the world even remotely the same again. I can't believe that the experience of being a father could be so lost on this kid that he would do that.

Some people just make you regret their use of air and gravity ... ya know?

I agree. My wife pushed for damn near 2.5 hours on her request to the doctor. She wanted natural birth. After my son wouldn't come out they had to do an emergency c-section. I was able to be in the room and once they pulled him out I got to hold him right away after they cleaned him up. The look on my wifes face once I showed her was amazing. Anything happens to my son after what we went through to get him here better be far away from me.

We almost lost him because they thought it was an ectopic pregnancy. I think my families and friends prayers made it right.

I hope these parents get sterilized so they can never hurt a kid again.

I'm in the same boat with you guys. Some of you know how I'm super-defensive in particular of one of my three kids.

I didn't watch the clip cos I don't like anything that involves children being upset or hurt...it would play on my mind for ages :shock:

How wonderful to hear that you feel that way about your children... as us mums do...and I am lucky that my husband is one of those dads too!

It's a wonder how so many people make it with younger parents. American society has just gotten to the point with the type of information that's available to the public eye, gives our younger generations the idea that these things are alright to do.

I don't understand. Are they saying the kid was burned or inhaled marijuana? I can't figure out what the actual charge is. Sounds like he was just holding it against his mouth.

From what it seems like the parents are charged with giving the baby the bong and putting his mouth on it. Whether the baby inhaled is another story we probably will never know if the baby did.
