    God of War III

Not sure if anyone else has a subscription to Qore for PS3. If you do they have the demo available with this months issue. I am downloading it right now.

GOW3 is the original reason I invested in a PS3. Can't wait for this one!

Indecision may or may not be my problem.

Have the Ultimate Edition Pre-ordered along with the strategy guide. Can't wait to see what happens next. Ripping eyeballs out of Cyclops has always been a favorite past time of mine.

is it the E3 demo that comes with Qore? I've had that demo for a while now, they gave it with preorder from the evil gamestop. That being said, i obviously have this game on preorder and am really looking forward to it

I know you are all going to shit yourselves, but I've never played the first two GOW's. Gonna pick up that double pack with the first two games before I get GOWIII. :?

i never played the first one but i thoroughly enjoyed the second. I also was considering picking up the 2 pack for a few reasons:

Trophies - i like them, they are shiny and it makes me happy every time i hear the sound of earning a new trophy

Bluray disc - bundled together on a bluray disc is appealing to me, especially since my slim does not play ps2 games and i otherwise would not be able to play them

Updated graphics - They updated them to look more pretty and HD like, it will be like a semi new experience to play the second one again, and i didn't even play the first so that will be a whole new treat

    Re: God of War III

GameStop (i hate you gamestop ) has announced yet another preorder incentive for this game.

Now on top of the E3 demo access, the exclusive In game Phantom of Chaos costume code

and the 17 x 24 poster signed by Andy Park, the GOW3 concept artist, for in-store preorders,

now they are also having a sweepstakes with 4 prizes, 1 each week which can be entered by putting in your preorder/order confirmation number for the drawing.

    The prizes are as follows:

Week 1 - Sony home entertainment package: NX 800 52" TV, Sony home theater system, 250GB Kratos etched PS3, 4 dualshock 3 controllers, and HDMI cables

Week 2 - VIP music festival experience: choice of 4 tickets to Coachella or Lollapalooza, paid airfare, hotel, and airport pickup/dropoff service

Week 3 - Free pizza for a year: (30) 50 dollar gift cards to "a popular pizza chain" (not sure if you get to pick or if they haven't decided yet or what)

Week 4 - MMA VIP experience in Vegas: paid airfare, Limo pickup service, 3 night stay at 5 star hotel (MGM would be my guess since that's where they have the fights), tickets for winner and 1 guest to fight and fan fest

you can enter once each week, if you already preordered go to this page and enter:

    http://www.gamestop.com/gs/landing/godo ... fault.aspx

on top of the grand prizes, they also will be doing drawings every day for "daily prizes", which are:

    • 435 Kratos Masks (15 per day). ARV: $49.99 each. [/*:m:256np6cr]
    • 435 God of War III Digital Strategy Guides (15 per day). ARV: $19.99 each.[/*:m:256np6cr]
    • 435 God of War III Theme (15 per day). ARV: $1.99 each.[/*:m:256np6cr]
    • 435 God of War Athena t-shirt for PlayStation®HOME avatar (15 per day). ARV: $.99 each. [/*:m:256np6cr]
    • 435 God of War GoW III logo t-shirt for PlayStation®HOME avatar (15 per day). ARV: $.99 each.[/*:m:256np6cr]

    Re: God of War III

Just as FYI, be on the lookout for Joey Logano's #20 Nationwide Series car at the Bristol race on March 20th. I don't care if you like NASCAR or not, just watch for the car. Kratos will be whoopin' ass on the track (if you've been to Gamestop lately, you'lve probably seen the display and know what I'm talking 'bout).

BTW, here's a couple of cool cars from the past!

    Re: God of War III

I tried the demo for GOW III yesterday. It was neat. I never played GOW I or II so this will be very new to me. I see it's very fast paced and looks like a lot of combos to be learned. All I know is when I was done my thumbers were VERY tired...

I've never played a game from the series but my cousin has convinced me to preorder it. I'll be on here quite a bit asking for advice on this one as I have no idea who I can blow up with an RPG or who I'm supposed to snipe. (both jokes, I know I'm not funny, Julie reminds me daily)
