    Recruiting Auto-response

Just an FYI guys, this is what the recruiting auto response says.

    [NAME],
Thank you for your interest in US Military Gamers, we have received your email, and will respond to you shortly.
If you haven't done so already, head to usmilitarygamers.com and register on the forums. After you have confirmed your registration, click the link "Enlist Today!" Complete the enlistment form.
After complete, feel free to introduce yourself in the Introductions forum, and a recruiter will contact you ASAP.

Once again, thank you for your interest in USMG!

Please do not contact me for recruiting issues or to add or create you a signature. I will ignore you.

See i still disagreee with inviting them to introduce themselves as it can be seen as sidestepping my procedure of verification. I usually instruct them to do so after i have verified them? Thoughts?

Well, your system doesn't actually work with the way the permissions are designed on the forums. With them simply having completed the registration process, gives them access to post to the forums. - They have to register to submit an application..

regardless, of permissions, they can still read, and post with moderator approval to any of the public forums. so locking the topic really serves no purpose, as they can simply create another topic.
