Timmy's Zombie Survival Guide (with checklist)

First you need the proper attire, a business sit will not cut it, my recommendation is a T-shirt, and a pair of BDU pants, hiking or Combat boots, no hat, and pair of Oakley's. Some people think that you would want a bio-hazard suit, that is a no-go, too bulky, and they are easier to grab because of the loose fit. Also, if you are going to die, you would much rather go by chemical than a Zombie bite.

Next, you need gear, a good load bearing vest is always good, you can pick them up at most military surplus stores. You want to ensure that the vest can carry shotgun ammunition, we will focus on that later. Also, you want to have a good first aid kit; it should include, gauze, morphine, matches, a suture kit, a scalpel, and a bag of gun powder. You will want at least 100 feet of climbing rope, Charlie Bronson uses rope, you never know when you will need it. You will need a study assault bag also. Finally, you will need an eleven inch survival knife, the sheath for that will also be the pistol holster, thigh holster.

Now for weaponry, you will need a Mossberg 500 with a breaching end, preferably solid black and with a pistol grip for the stock, and a pistol grip on the pump handle. You wil be best to engage Zombies at close range and shoot them in the neck, that breacher will remove the head completely. Secondary weapon, you will want a Springfield 1911 .45Acp.

    To kill a zombie:
You will try first, to shoot their head off, our you can burn them. A common misconception is that fire will not kill them, that is a lie created by the International Zombie Coalition. If it becomes necessary, you can also, down them, another misconception is that they can swim. Due to their lack in mental capacity they cannot swim, run, or climb. Utilize those to your advantage. They can open doors and widows but locks throw them for a loop, usually a simple locked window will keep them at bay, you can then taunt and tease them. Finally, explosives will kill them, booby traps are very effective against them.

In case of injury you need to be sure to get the wound dressed and/or stitched quickly. If you are bitten by a zombie, you have two options. First and most effective, you need to shoot the infected area with some morphine, then you ne ed to take a knife and remove as much of the infected tissue as possible. To finish this procedure, you wil need to take some gun powder and pack it into the wound and light it on fire, this will instantly close the wound and the fire will kill the remaining infection. The second method is to tie a tourniquet, and remove the limb. Neither of these will work for the head or neck area.

Final note, if you are traveling with a group, use them as bait or just kill them yourself. Companions are a bigger risk than they are assistance.

    Happy hunting.
