FF13 is pretty decent.

Picked this up from a friend. It is really linear. But has been a pretty good game for killing some time.

Anyone else admit to playing it?

i have it and have beaten it. It plays a lot different than previous titles but was still fun. It stays very linear for a while and then suddenly towards the end it slams you with an open world format and it can be a bit overwhelming. I still had a good time with it though

I also am awaiting VS as well as hope for the inevitable remake of FFVII since that was my favorite story line so far. They made a trailer years ago for E3 to show off the PS3 tech and it was the opening video from VII in pretty HD graphics, i just hope they didn't waste all the time to make that video and not plan to keep going with it and make the whole game

I think the next one they are working on is the MMO for the PS3 and PC. (no xbox).

you mean FFXIV (14) ?

that one is already into the beta testing stages. As for Versus, i have no idea where they stand on that one but i was under the impression they were working on that at the same time as 13

sometime in december I think. 14 is having some problems but they should be fixed by the time of release.
