We fought tooth and nail to get this recipe while we were on "The Rock" from the bartenders but they wouldn't give it up. Until one day I was back home in the states and was having dinner at this awesome steakhouse down near Six Flags Magic Mountain (in Southern Cali for those who aren't familiar). I ordered a drink that had some kind of country name and when they brought it to me I tried it and I was like, "HOLY SHIT! THAT'S IT!" I quickly looked up the ingredients on the menu and wrote it down. Now mind you these "American" ingredients may differ from what they use in Okinawa, but damned if it ain't a virtual twin.

Start with a 16oz. glass filled to the top with ice.
1 shot of Vodka
1 shot of Triple Sec
1 shot of Coconut Rum
Finish off with sprite (or any other like clear soft drink)
And a splash of Grenadine for a light pinkish color

WARNING: Unless you have an iron liver, do not chug this drink. It is a trick drink because it tastes weak initially and it is meant to sneak up on the unwary. But it is great for prank on someone though if you so desire to watch them suffer one of the worst hangover's they've ever had. Enjoy.
