I own one of these turkey deep-fryers and I love it to death. I've made several turkeys, some seafood boils, and what have you with it. One thing I never stopped to think about is reusing the peanut oil after I've deep fried a turkey. Normally, once the fryer cools down I simply dump the peanut oil back into its container and throw it away.
Does anyone else have one of these and can do you know whether or not the peanut oil can be used again?
