Subscriptions to posts.

I have noticed under "user control panel" that I should be able to subscribe to a selected post of my choice, Only I cant find a subscribe button anywhere. Please help!

You should be automatically subscribed to posts that you create yourself or post on, if there's a post you want to follow, just post a reply and you should be emailed everytime thereafter someone else posts something! Hope that helped. Let us know if it didn't.

Once you reply scroll down and you will see under options a little box that you can recieve an email each time a reply is posted.
