Jailbreaking Iphone made legal

The just made it legal to jailbreak your Iphone! Now maybe I can do this and go back to T-mobile where it is a little cheaper for me.

That's pretty Cool but I've been jailbroken for a year and a half now at least I know I won't get fines or imprisonment lol

It depends what firmware you are on and type of deviceyou have. if your on 4.0 or higher then there is currently no jb out right now for 3gs and iPhone 4. I'll be sure to let you guys know when a new jailbreak is released since it is now legal. Btw I'm still on 3.1.3

So if you jailbreak it you can't ever update it correct? I have the 3G and think I am running 4.whatever.

If you update it you will lose the jailbreak
