    Electric HO Scale Trains.

I have recently come into possession of a large part of my Grandfather's Electric Train Set. I have been a model train nut since I could stand on my own two feet, is there anyone here that shares this interest? I am curious of a couple of pieces in this set. *I am no selling any of it* I am just trying to do an appraisal of sorts.

So, do any of you know of a good place to try and find this info? or possibly any publications that could help me?

your best bet is to go to a hobby store, they will most likely have the literature to properly appraise your set.

Please do not contact me for recruiting issues or to add or create you a signature. I will ignore you.

I have this exact Locomotive, and for the life of me I am not able to find any information (save this picture) anywhere online.

I looked basically everything up in that picture and couldn't find anything about that also. On another note that is a very nice looking train.

I am driving myself mad. The hardest part is that A.H.M. is no longer in business. All I know is that it is old and when it was purchased the price was $139.99. If the speculation is correct about it, the price should have gone up a bit. Santa Fe 4-6-2

That is all I can find.

Looks like the next step is to contact the Train museum around here, and see if they can tell me anything.
