    my new car experiance

Well I just bought a 2010 Dodge Cailiber Inferno Red Color, aka "The Hotness" at Dodgeland of Columbia in South Carolina.

I have been trying to get a car loan through every dealer ship and my bank but was dissaproved. Well i never tried to call the Dodge Dealership. Well my NCOIC had this tent sale card that she got in the mail, so i went on there site to see what amount i can be pre-approved for. So i went there with my NCOIC, and before we started to talk i asked them what was my amount they said 25k. I was pretty stoked that i finaly got pre-appoved for a car.

The next step was to let the guy know what i am looking for in a car. I didnt want a large sedan, and i didnt want a sports car like the charger or the challenger, i would just get into trouble with that. I wanted a car that i can fit my son in his car seat and have safty feauters that would protect me an my son if something bad should ever happen. So the guy told me about some cars and then he mentioned the caliber. Oh one more thing i wanted in the car. Im 6'1" and i have a problem getting in and out of small cars that are low to the ground so yeah back to what i was saying.

The cailiber he showed me was simular to mine be the shifted feutured the automatic shift but you can speed shift if you like that , kinda like paddle shifting. Well i told him that is a little to much. and the room on the driver seat was pretty awsome. the stereo was wicked. it has uconect. it is a computer base stereo that you can install music from a cd/usb drive on to it. it cal hold up to 6400 songs. I like to take trips so so that works. It can hold up to 6 pics dont think i would use that much but the salesmen was joking around by saying that i can put 6 girlfriends up so they know what there compition is i thought that was funny as hell, but any whoo. it also fetures a digital surround sound speakers. so say if im watching a movie or listening to a song say "The Bigining to the End" by Rob Zombie or the movie Days of Thunder and in the song or movie the sounds movie around in the car like a circular motion it will do that so that it make you feel that you are in a movie thearter or at home with you surround sound.

But that isnt what sold me on the car, not the space, the room in the trunk, the fold down front seats so i can break the car in if you know what i mean(im still yeah so yeah), not the color, not the fact that i cant hear shit from out side the car(found that out when a fire truck was going by), not the safty fetures, nothing. It was probably what i think was the coolist thing ever. it was my little mini fring in the glove box. yeah i said it. i can use my ac to keep my soda cold while i drive my car which is awsome, cause i drink Dr Pepper more then any doctor would ever recamend. there are time i have withdrwal from when i dont drink it so yeah, good stuff.

So i picked the car i wanted next sep was waiting for financeing. I was worried abit about how much my price would be but the salesmen showed me some figures and my monthly price range so i choose 72 months, and my range was from 300 to 330. So when i we got to the finance department i was shocked when they told me taht my APR was at 9 %. which is a lot better then any other dealer would give me on even a used car. so yeah. next we talked about the coverage an warrenty. Now after i got into my accident with my Buick i just paid the car off two months before so i was devistated when the bank didnt give me enought to put down on a car or even try to fix it. so they stated it was a total lost. so when teh finance guy told me about the extend warrant to cover bumper to bumber for the whole time while i have the loan on the car and gap insurence just incase something should happen during the intire lease i took it. no he took of the extra covereage for oil changes and some other crap. so i took that off cause i can do that my self. so yeah.

I had 4500 down on the car and a 2500 rebait for being military, so all i was financed for the was the reminder of 16002.

Oh as my way out I had to ring this giant bell in the store. So now Im pimping "The Hotness".

so its cool i will have pics up.

check your warranty, a lot of times if you don't do your oil changes and scheduled maintenance with the dealer it voids.
Otherwise, glad you're happy with the car. Cooler does sound good.

Don't be mad. Everything I post is "lol."

Congrats! My neighbor has one and absolutely loves it! Although his is orange, which I don't care for, but whatever. Unfortunately, I have to look at all the time as our driveways are parallel. :?

Nice car. Just remember to save all receipts for oil and everything so they can't deny warrrenty work. Make yourself a little book. Also forget is usually pretty good about sending service coupons in the mail. Makes it as cheep as anywhere else usually.
