Hey!
I'm Johannah! I thought I'd share a little about myself here... and show off some of my skills.
If that's okay.
I just recently got out of the Navy... lots of reasons why... my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and he asked me if I could come home and help take care of him... so I went home on Humanitarian orders. The Parkinson's is getting a lot worse this year... Then I decided to get out of the Navy all together after I found out I can't get the job I want - recruiters love to twist their words to get what they want. I just spent the last year or so un-designated. I HATED it... The Navy just wasn't for me. I stuck it out as much as I could - deployment drove me insane... Oh well, I enjoyed most of the experiences I had while I was in for 2 years.
I got sucked into the gaming thing a LONG time ago - when the original Nintendo came out - my dad and I played duck hunt and dig doug every evening after school. My mother hated it because it interrupted her News watching. LOL!!!
Ahh, now on to what I do best. Design. I also Love photography... Well I feel I do best... Again, warning some images are graphic in nature, please make sure no little ones are peeking over your shoulder. I don't want to get yelled at.
^ business card I did for a car place down the street - photograph taken by me. They didn't want the business card which was fine with me. I just did it for fun.
^ This guy has some beautiful snakes - pictures and design of business card done by me. That's the design HE asked for. I personally don't like it... but sometimes it's about what the customer wants not you...
^My friend's baby - yes I know the baby can't be 13cm... that's what she remembered being told after she gave birth. Picture was also taken by me.
^What use to be my website...
^ I have a really bad obsession with spiders... I took the picture..
^hiighly allergic to Bee's. So, I took this one from behind a glass door. The Bee's thought it'd be a good idea to make a nest outside a glass door. I killed them with spray after I took the picture. ha ha!!!

When I'm in a really, really bad mood... I do a lot of macrabre & horror stuff... all are stock images... I just manipulated.
I think I've overloaded you all enough for one afternoon.

Excellent work!
I'm actually in a digital photography class this semester, working towards my Art Education Bachelor's. One of these days I'll have to post some of my stuff so all can see! Hey, there's a good idea for a new forum, members' works of art! :shock:
