Would someone like to create a USMG "comic" collage?

Don't ask me why this idea came to me, but I thought it would be really cool if we had some sort of "family portrait" of the most current USMG members. I was thinking something drawn in a "comic book" or anime style. Whoever the volunteer to do this is (and God bless you for being ambitious enough to try), would have pictures of members e-mailed to them, which they could then put together into a collage. Some ideas similar to what I'm thinking of (but by no means the absolute way these would have to be done):




Anyone up to the challenge?

a japanimation style one like that anime megamix pic (the middle one with naruto, avatar, full metal alchemist, etc) would be awesome. I would be easy to draw too, as i look like a ninja in all black :mrgreen:

Wow, thats like over 100 people!! :o :arrow: :shock: :arrow: :? :arrow: :| If I didn't have 16 credit hours on my plate (while being 3000 miles away right now), and a 10 month old son, I think could I do a quarter of it!! I don't think I'd have the free time for that. Its definately a challenge though.

I don't think we would probably have much more than 50 participate, but I think this is a KICK ASS idea! I would do it, but I have no skillz!

I was thinking it should include mainly the ones who are active on the forums, which is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of less than 10% of the membership.* Besides, if it was announced that we were going to do this project, that would be all that would participate in the picture anyway.

*I know I'm about to open up a whole can of worms with that one.

I would say you are pretty much on the money. Our caption contest doesn't get nearly as much participation that I though it would.

This thread hasn't been alive in well over a year and a half. Now that we have even more talented artists in our ranks, it's time to revive this and see if anyone is interested in giving it a shot.
