I actually know one of the girls in the first link. She deployed with me my last deployment with the 101st. She's a medic, and her husband is actually SF. Cool chick. She did Air Assaults with us too.

I have to disagree the vast majority of female service members I saw (not that many, they seemed to keep us away and segregated from them) weren't that attractive, but there were some exceptions.

Now the Canadian scout platoon we worked with in late 03 early 04, had 3 female members. Oh my goodness they grow them tall and pretty in the "great white north"
