    Snakehead Fishing in Florida?

I just seen the River Monster episode on snakeheads in Florida. Is it really as bad as they are making it out to be? The said they are really good eating, and from what I have found on the web, everyone agrees. They appear to be an asian delicacy. What are you to do with them if you catch them? Here in IL we have the asian carp, and they tell us to "dispose" of the fish instead of throwing it back.
