Ingredients:
1 organic egg
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped organic spinach
1lb grass-fed ground beef
2 Tbsp shredded organic Cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 whole-wheat buns
2 large organic tomatoes
1 avocado
Instructions:
1 In a large bowl, whisk the egg. Add the next six ingredients and mix with your hands until well blended.
2 Form four patties. Cook as desired (or 6 minutes for each side).
3 Place burgers on bun and top with sliced tomato and avocado.
{{ I've already made these burgers and they are very tasty. I also added bacon to mine which is kind of detrimental to the health aspect of these burgers ... but what can I say? I love bacon. }}
