What's ya'lls opinion on the Halo:Reach game? The last Halo game I played was Halo 3. I just don't know alot about this one. I don't know if I should buy this one or not? Semper Fi!!

If you're still into halo I would buy it, me personally Im not really into halo anymore but it's a good game. It's got a longer campaign than the previous 2

Ign gave it a 9.5

The campaign will be good as always, but the online multi-player will still be horrible. IMO anyways.

I'll be pick this up on my lunch break tomorrow, I never really got into the online multiplayer, but my son likes it a lot and I enjoyed the campaign and look forward to playing some Firefight with him. I'll probably give the online another try, its probably been over a year since I played it and just need something different until MoH and CoD come out.

I just reserved it this evening to pick up tomorrow . Look me up for some fire fight . I like this series . I didn't play much online but I'll give this one a try until M.O.H and C.O.D come out.Also waiting for GrandTurismo5. This will be the last Halo for sometime . Hope to see you online.

I don't play any multiplayer on the 360 but I consistently by certain games on it. I like the gears games, and the Halo series. Played every Halo game so I will get this, especially since the single player got good reviews, but I will probably wait until after the holidays and get a used copy.

I got mine last night at midnight..This game doesnt dissappoint. I hate all other halos besides Halo 1 and yet i am loving this one..Coop competitive is very fun and strangely appealing. I drove a forklift around and ran shit over almost the whole time i played lol. they have added sprint to our capabilities and the world reminds me of Avatar. In co op competitive you can kill each other which sucks especially when my buddy kept firing off rockets where i was and launched my forklift about 100 ft up and to the right lol..seriously though i give it 10 stars..and no i havent caught the bug.. still havent tried the multiplayer yet so the jury is still out. Look for me to be on after 7 cst tonight!! wel for a bit but i got a J8ded recording at 9 cst

Personally I can't wait till I get home to pick this one up, I've played all the Halos, the only one I've been disappointed with so far was Halo: Wars. This one's gonna be awesome, especially with the campaign being longer and FireFight!

So I've played it for about four hours now and it's a blast. I even played some co op campaign w/ Silent Fart that was a blast(sorry I had to leave to pick my daughter up). Just wish I could customize the controls.

Ya its def. 8 hours plus... Especially since one level i died 55 + times!! But i blame that on the J8ded recording..I was a multitasker and kept playing Halo:Reach on legendary but was on the phone..co op as well

I've hit 3 of the 4 main play-types, and I've got to say this game is absolutely awesome.

Campaign thus far, the story has been excellent....very engaging and enjoyable. You'd have to read the books and such though to catch all the behind the scenes stuff. The gameplay has been awesome, and I've been able to really get in to the game throughout the different missions. Just finished the one you get to fly in...and I've got to say the absolute culmination of that level was epic.

Multi-player is almost traditional Halo. Its almost annoying as hell but not quite, as if they took Halo 3 and tried to make it mesh better with modern day FPS games. I'm enjoying it, except for instances of the kids who are morons and don't know how to shut up. Or play. I love the credits bit though, to upgrade everything. And the commendation system is pretty cool as well, though that figures in to pretty much every part of the game.

Firefight, also has some epic fun moments. And some of the game-types they've included.....are absolutely random hilarity. Even better though, is the ability to pretty much customize every aspect of firefight. You have custom skulls to tweak for firefight waves. You can change health and shields for players, both Spartan and Elites....oh, and allowing for multiplayer firefight is absolutely awesome....and even tweak the paramaters of the mobs you have to kill. Anywhere from you can't move and one hit will kill you, to you're a god who's invulnerable, with 300% speed, 10% gravity, able to jump across the map in seconds.....yeah, no one's going to judge....it's hard to resist

Only major game-type I haven't hit on yet is Arena.....looks interesting for the 2v2 or 4v4 hardcore types though.

Oh, and daily/weekly challenges for credits are an awesome touch as well. Especially if they build on the first set.

But no, I'm clearly not a fan.... :roll:
