Anyone who has seen the series Spartacus can see that the lead Andy Whitfield is a guy who stays in shape. This article is about how he utilizes a minimal amount of time to keep defined.
The workout itself only takes about 45 minutes 3 days a week and only requires the use of dumbbells and (if you have them) kettlebells. Once I have a chance I'll scan the poster with the workouts he uses for everyone.
