Motorstorm: Pacific Rift going platinum hits

anybody play this game? I played the first one and really enjoyed it but never played it online. It's coming out in the 29.99 platinum hits version and I thought i'd pick it up.

I have it,I picked it up last year when best buy offerred it brand new for 20 bucks for a week. I thought that was a steal. tried playing online and everyone just smoked me I came in last almost everytime but it's a great racing game
