London club school disco

Just found this and I actually was there last year my co-workers from London had to take me and spanish co-workers to this club. I actually bought some school tie to wear. It was a blast but felt like I oldest one there, plus it was packed with girls and I'm just an old married guy.

aka: Yet another use for Duct tape

Does the Duct Tape time out start before or after the taping is done? And how many pounds will that hold? May have to resort to this technique with my boys.
