    COD BO 360 & PS3 updates this week

    IN PROGRESS (Xbox & PS3)

    • - Improved matchmaking to find matches faster
    • - Improved match and host selection; will result in much better networking conditions for all games (a.k.a., decreased lag)
    • - Weekly and Monthly leaderboards stats reporting incorrectly for kills, deaths and assists (All Time leaderboard not affected by this)
    • - Additional improvements to party system
    • · Improved matchmaking to find matches significantly faster
    • · Improved matchmaking to ensure that players are more effectively matched to games with the best networking conditions
    • · Improved host selection to ensure that the best host is always selected in the pre-game lobby
    • · Improved party system to ensure that parties don’t get broken apart
    • · Disable ability to join Private Match, Combat Training and Theater lobbies when searching for Player Match games
    • · Server-side and game-side changes to decrease the amount of failed Film uploads
    • · Weekly and Monthly leaderboards will now track all kills, deaths and assists properly (All Time leaderboards were not affected by this)
    • · Prevention of Combat Training stats getting crossed with Player Match stats under rare conditions
    • · Prevention of killstreak selection getting disabled in Combat Training under rare conditions
    • · Prevention of Valkyrie rocket exploding upon release under rare conditions
    • · Prevention of Gunship failing to give player full control under rare conditions
    • · Prevention of temporary loss of functionality when a button was being held down at the point of a disconnect
    • · Additional fine-tuning of audio levels and ranges for footsteps and gunfire
    • · Additional fine-tuning of audio levels for bomb plants/defuses
    • · Additional online security enhancements
    • · Array: Added collision to prevent players from partially clipping into a tree
    • · Launch: Added collision to prevent players from strafe jumping onto an invisible ledge at the base of the rocket near B3
    • · Summit: Added collision to prevent players from jumping to a location outside of the map boundary when in Custom Games where player speed is maxed out
    • · Havana: Added collision to prevent players from jumping onto an invisible ledge above a doorway at C2
    • · Nuketown: Adjusted a spawn point that would spawn players on top of a mannequin’s head when that mannequin was randomly spawned in that location
    • · Disable ability to vote for a previous map twice in a row
    • Optimization to prevent friends list from spamming user while in game – will improve game performance for users with large numbers of friends (PS3 only)

    Hopefully they fix the party grouping on the ps3. Only thing ive really noticed really broke so far.

    This is good too. Playing "Nuketown" 8 times in a row because people keep voting for it, is making me start to hate this game. But everything else sounds awesome and it is good to see Treyarch taking care of their baby in a timely fashion.

    I agree with that one was stuck in nuke town about 5 times in a row due to these kids kept voting for it.

    I agree. Nuketown and Firing Range are the two I keep getting stuck on.

    I do have to say that I would like to spawn on top of that dummy before they get rid of it though. Just so I can say "YES, That happened to me" lol

    I agree! I had to play Nuketown 5 times also! And the same guy kept winning all the matches! Then, we they went to vote to play it again, that's when I left! Semper Fi!!

    nuke town can be pretty fun to play though, especially in something like groundwar.

    Maybe so. I haven't played Groundwar yet. I usually play FFA on my maps. Unless I find some of ya'll from the clan on, then I usually jump in and play some TDM. At which at that time I start to get my ass handed to me! LOL!! Semper FI!!

    I've got no problem playing back to back, especially on some of the smaller maps. It's just back, to back, to back, to back, to back..........to back when I start having a problem with it. Unless it's a map that we keep kicking the other team's ass in, and they're just to stupid to realize that no matter how many times they vote it, we'll still beat them by over 4,000 points. But every once in a while going back to back is actually fun.

    It would be fine except for the spawning from behind constantly. The map itself is fine and looks cool. It is just too much getting killed from behind, or killing from behind or camping in a house. But it is action focused, sometimes on the bigger maps I can go a minute and half running around and not see anyone, somehow.

    how to you mange that? just go to where they are coming from. Or play domination and run from a - b or c - b. Depending on what two your team hold.

    I was on Array last night in a FFA match and was running around trying to find ANYBODY! I hit my back button to make sure I wasn't the only one on the map, and all 8 people were in there! I must have ran around for almost 2 min before I found just one guy! I guess everybody was camping and the dude I found must have gotten killed and he was enroute back to his camping spot! Lol! Anywho, I lost that match and only killed like 3 or 4 people, but only got killed twice! Kinda messed up! Semper Fi!!

    I was in a match last nite where the entire other team except one person rage quit. There were 4 ppl on my team. Couldn't find the guy for several minutes and then I found him crouched hiding under a train car. I felt really bad and was thinking of not shooting him but then he shot at me so I killed him. have to say he was a really good sport because he stayed the distance.

    That's why I play objective games I just don't like the camping in team deathwatch
