It would be cheaper to rent a rack somewhere. HVAC, and Electrical is where the biggest $$ are.
I've thought about it, but I just don't have the time or will power to do it solo. Now if I had a couple partners.. that would be different. HELL, I might even open my own data center. But in that case, you'd need some financial backing to get started.

Here is my speed from home. I have the 12mb package, so this is almost spot on.
I have really enjoyed my uVerse. I've had it for almost a year, and I have to admit, the service is top notch. I always had problems with Comcrap. where my service was craptastic!

yeah when we moved to oxford i looked all around and miss matched packages but ended up with dish network for tv and then pay comcast for broadband....best for the bang for the buck ..and since ive been a loyal sprint customer for over 12 years i dont want to change my cells..so ATT was low on the list from the start!
