currently driving (tethering laptop) to the homestead in Kentucky, IN THE SNOW!!! YAYYY!!! I LOVE the snow, and its only getting thicker the further north we get.
One of my stupid customers in Atlanta decided to fry their web farm and we had to drive over there from B'ham for a Disaster Recovery ON CHRISTMAS EVE. I was not happy, but we are finnaly on our way.

i wish it was !!! but the Taliban attacked us with rockets at 1900 tonight!! on Christmas come on!!! the guys are crazy! it sound like it hit the outside perimeter but we didn't hear the ambulance which is a good sign no one got hurt!! at least i pray no one got hurt ....freaking Taliban kid must have got a rocket from Santa and wanted to try it out!!! The best part was that there was a Canadian FA-18 on the taxi way getting ready for a training run out in the friendly skies that night.. after a few seconds after the ALL CLEAR was given the acft took flight on a seek and destroy instead of training!! bad day for Abdul!! guess hell think twice about shooting at us!lol Originally Posted by ladym123

I do have to say Chinook, my christmas was fun when i was deployed in the Stan. We got attacked that day with 3 RPGs and 2 rockets and later that day we had some payback. 2 A-10 Thunderbolt II's came in and had some fun and 2 Kiowas and 2 Apache's came in and had some fun as well. It was a fun day to blow some Taliban back to Allah. No disrepect to the other muslims.
