    FPS what your first image

What the first image that pop in your memory when you think of a FPS? Mine is ghost recon the big O on the old xbox and sniping on the first map in the mountains.

James Bond on Playstation (early 90's?) was the only FPS I ever played before MW2 a year ago...although you'd never guess I am new to it

Yes. Shivering my butt off trying to play DOOM on an 8088 in the basement. I never got to finish it because that crap computer couldn't handle the final battle and lagged out.

Either Doom in the computer lab at school, or my first all-nighter playing goldeneye. Nothing was better than my friend's brother bitching up a storm because I glitched up in to the ducts and dropped proxy mines on the spawn point for instant spawn-kills.

You talking about in that bathroom stall where you could go in the ceiling? That was awesome. I loved the golden gun to!

Yep, it was awesome to see his corner of the screen die, respawn, and immediately die again.

I have to agree the original Doom was just mind blowing at the time and is always one of the very first things I think of when I think of FPS(s).
