    Team Viewer thoughts?

I know some of you live in the IT world as I do, and was wondering what you all thought about Team Viewer? The company I work for currently uses Webex for support sessions, but I have been running into more and more customer wanting to use Team Viewer. What do you IT gurus think good and bad?

Thanks guys! I used it some yesterday and it worked very well. It is much easier than trying to initiate a webex session. Hopefully I can test it more today.

I like team viewer. Really only need to it help my ma but its easy enough for even her to set up a session. Its neat that Team Viewer also has mobile apps. I also like that it shares screens cross platform (as i use mac) without even having to think twice.
