    P90X

    http://www.beachbody.com/product/fit...E_CONTROL_P90X

Has anyone tried this 90 system? It was recommended by a guy I work with. I have been looking through the forums at http://teambeachbody.com/connect/message-boards and it looks like a great plan. With the powers of today's Internet, I have stumbled upon the series of disks and all included documentation for the program. I am reading through the fitness and nutrition guides now preparing to set a start date.

    Re: P90X

I was doing the P90X for about two months but I couldn't finish cause my schedule got all crazy. Its a good workout though as long as you stick with it you'll get in shape. I need to start doing it again since I have more free time on my hands and I need to get ready for Boot Camp anyways.

I have this program but hardly ever use it because my bad back just can't really handle it.

    I agree,
it's 60 minutes of CONSTANT movement and working so make sure you're ready to commit because you'll be sore at the beginning. All in all, though, if you stick with it you'll see a difference in about a month and a half.

I have decided to give the P90X a try. I hopefully will have it today or tomorrow. My running has been going well, but with it getting cold here I wanted to switch it up, so this is my new venture! I will let you all know how I progress. I am praying it works as well as everyone is claiming it does!

I have an old Marine Corps buddy in Cleveland that lost 30lbs in 3 months using the P90X.
