Looking into getting new speakers. So far, the Polk TSI line is looking good. Great reviews and cherry wood is a plus.

You may want to look into Klipsch reference series very good speakers. I have them in me house 7.1 surround .Klipsch speakers are used in about 70% of movie theaters. Look for the home theater series speakers and not the ones you see in best buy .Klipsch speakers are known for low sound frequency output meaning you don't have to blast them to hear good quality sound. I have a Onkyo sr 606 and the max volume is 80 I can't go higher than 25 or my poster frames on the wall start to shake and windows, the bass is intense. The highs are very clear and detailed.
The thing is, a friend of mine from BBY is gonna hook me up with his employee discount. So I'll be paying $150 per $300 TSI400 and $150 for the $300 center. That's very palatable compared to what I'd fork over at full retail. I do love Klipsch and their customer service was great when the board on my Sub12 went bad. BTW, I plan on getting this Onkyo when it's released. It's 3D ready :

I really like the sound of Bose Speakers.. they are just amazing for such small speakers.
Please do not contact me for recruiting issues or to add or create you a signature. I will ignore you.
Just pulled the trigger on 4 Polk Monitor 60s($109) and 1 CS1($69.99) via New Egg. Great sale I couldn't pass up. Wife was a little pissed.
Monitor 60
CS1
Way less than what I was gonna spend initially even with my friend's BBY discount on the newer TSIs which are only monitors with updated cabinets. The research paid off.
