Wow, that is just plain crazy!! Kill someone over a dog pissing in your lawn. :? No big suprise though really some people probably get killed for dumber stuff in this world. If some dog pissed in my yard I wouldn't care, but if it shit I would tell them to pick it up. If they didn't I don't wouldn't kill them I would just throw it at them.

I can see that but, taken someones life is just ridiculous. Hell, a low powered BB gun or a paint ball gun would keep the dog out of the yard. At least it has worked for me with my down the street neighbors dogs. The difference is with my neighbors dogs is there are mean so, they deserve to get a little BB in the ass. My whole neighbor hood complains about them. It is funny though the stand in the Street and bark but, they won't step a paw in my yard anymore.... Good thing cause the rounds will get bigger... :twisted:

I would venture to bet the young kid was being a royal douche like most kids these days. I bet this was not their first confrontation. They always make the victims look so innocent when they are probably just as much to blame but to kill someone over something so stupid. That is just insane.

But I can sympathize with the marine because I've had neighbors above me in an apartment once a few years back always throwing parties all night long while my kid, wife, and I were trying to sleep. Asked them to turn it down but never happened then called the cops numerous times where nothing happened and the apartment management never did anything either just told me that they have a life and a right to live it too. I mean wtf? I very briefly thought about doing the same to those assholes but I'm not that insane so I just moved away, I was there only 2 months and it was a brand new complex so some how I lived there without actually signing a lease because of the incompetant managment, lucky thing for me.

Too many stupid inconsiderate selfish assholes these days and at the rate it's going I wouldn't be surprised if things like this starts to happen more. There is only so much one person can take in this politically correct sue happy country we live in were people don't seem to respect authority anymore because our government seem to keep the hands of law enforcement tied because if they sneeze in the wrong direction they will get sued or thrown in jail themselves.

Yea but if you get caught doing that you would go to jail. In some places doing that to an animal is a felony these days. When I owned a 10 acre farm stray dogs and the occasional bobcat would enter but never leave especially if they tried to attack me. :twisted: :twisted: Tried the paintball gun thing before but like when hunting and you shoot your prey in the skull :twisted: and you come up to it with smoke exiting the open mouth from the hot bullet is just some what satisfying. Quick and painless, one shot one kill .
